HEITA makes modern home accessories from veneer, wood but not wooden. Craft meets design meets technology. Inspired by his work as a product developer for high-end interiors of private aircraft, Clemens Schmidberger set out to explore the potential of wood as a material. HEITA's typical veneer, dyed or combined in new ways, is an innovative wood material that is ideal for everyday objects precisely because of its lightness. The HEITA series are all made in Vienna and consist of a long familiar material in a completely new guise.
