Two Burgenlanders and a South Tyrolean - all passionate restaurateurs - have made it their mission to spread joy. They succeed in this especially with their regular restaurant Hannersberg. The trio in southern Burgenland accompanies and looks after numerous bridal couples on the most beautiful day of their lives. "We give tradition new momentum, but do not forget our roots," Ronni Gollatz, Markus Fischer and Philipp Stainer sum up their motto.

At the Easter market in Schönbrunn, guests can look forward to hearty potato dumplings: filled with Easter ham or boiled beef. A wild garlic ricotta dumpling is available as a vegetarian option. For those who prefer it sweet, there's the traditional apricot dumpling. A taste experience is promised by a glass of Schilcher or the refreshing Uhudler strawberry punch from southern Burgenland. The freshly tapped beer goes perfectly with the spicy dumpling variant. Sustainability and regionality play an extremely important role for the Hannersberg Trio. You can feel and taste that!
