At our stand, visitors can expect a culinary experience in a class of its own - Kaiserschmarrn, crêpes and bubble waffles. The undisputed star of the stand is the classic Austrian Kaiserschmarrn. Fresh from the pan, fragrant and with a golden crust, it is cut into bite-sized pieces and served dusted with powdered sugar. You can choose between a version with apple sauce, roasted plums or chocolate. Alternatively, our guests can also choose crêpes. Baked until tender and thin, they come with a variety of delicious fillings - there's something to suit every taste. Our bubble waffles, a modern interpretation of the classic waffle, are also a firm favourite at our stand. Crispy on the outside and deliciously fluffy on the inside, they are served in the form of airy bubbles and provide a perfect base for a variety of toppings.
